Hiram Edson sees the light


On October 23, 1844, the day after the Great Disappointment, Hiram Edson purportedly saw a vision while standing in a grain field that changed the Advent movement forever.

  2. Okay, if you want to caricature a true Adventist power broker, it's gotta be Ted N. C. Wilson. A GC VP, the man is one tipped by many to be the next prez. Descended from Adventist royalty, Ted is a true force in the church.
