The video has a couple of interesting lines in it. Like the statement that Jesus predicted this would be one of the obvious signs of the end. Interesting. I don't think Jesus ever mentioned homosexuality. But then, the facts there are supposed to be amazing...

Pastor Doug does a Governor Palin
You might find this interesting (or you might not). Pastor Doug Batchelor, speaker / director of Amazing Facts preached a long-winded sermon on homosexuality. You can watch the video on the AF website under a large banner that says, ironically, "Everlasting Gospel". Not that good news has much to do with it. But whatever.

That video is a full hour of Doug, I don't think I could listen through 5 hours of the "gospel message" ala Doug. Gospel, my backside.
God's Spiel (aka "gospel") literally means "God's Word." To some it is good news, to some it "smarts." 2 Cor 2:16 "To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life." See also John 3:19-21.
Want Scripture? Try Luke 17:28-9 & Gen 19:4-8 "I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly!" Really...really bad.
The Testimony of Jesus warns that Sodom's sin will flourish in the last days: "The sensual, animal nature was cultivated, and as, like the world before the flood, the imagination of their hearts was evil, and evil continually, they set their minds to work to find out NEW, UNNATURAL ways whereby they might gratify their abominable, corrupt passions." {ST, October 9, 1893 par. 1}
The capitalized portion above ties Sodom's sin to Paul's words: "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is AGAINST NATURE: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet." Rom 1:26-27.
Are you mocking Pastor Doug? That's not very nice. Owe no man anything except to love one another - Rom 13:8.
Also, Doug did not err. Zapple provides references. And if you believe that Scripture comes from Jesus than it is very easy to come up with a lot more than that.
One more thing. Doug presents a very complete and Biblical gospel. So there I must disagree with your opinion.
Yeah what Tom said .. THat's not very nice nice !
Yeah.. What Anonymous said..
I think that no one should judge anyone else. If you believe in God, then you believe in his word and in reading his word, the truth shall.be found.
Ever considered the fact that Pastor Doug is a human being??!! I mean did it ever cross your mind? I'm 16... I may be young but I have my own opinions about things. Number one: Quit making celebrities Yeah, if you lift someone up so high and make them out to be a "god" then you betcha, he'll let you down. Because he isn't God. God has used him to make many people's lives better. Leave it at that. We can all make a difference in the world. :)
Dear anonymous teen,
If you send me your picture, I can make you a celebrity caricature too. That's how I make a difference in the world. :)

Obviously Doug missed the implications of the separation of church and state in seminary....oh wait, he didn't go to seminary
I just want to say is, they scoffed at Noah when he preached that a flood was coming and only 8 were saved. Lot's children and their spouses made fun of Lot and fire came down from the sky. Lot's wife was even lost cause she turned around. Only 3 were saved. Be very very careful in making fun of Pastor Doug cause what he's preaching is the truth. So be aware of for there will be scoffers like some of you made here. God will deal with you whether you believe it or not.
Actually, we here at Caricatures of Adventists are much more frightened of she-bears that eat the kids who mock the bald prophet Elisha!!!!
Haha, gotta love Scripture humor.
